Madrid 2010 reaches a record Hi
Greg Cherry, UBM portfolio director, can hardly conceal his pleasure at the success of HiE/Ni 2010; “This year’s show has set new records in so many ways,” he said. “Among the more than 500 companies represented in Madrid, over a hundred are exhibiting for the first time.
“We’ve never before had such a wide geographic spread: more countries are represented than ever before, making it a truly global show,” said Cherry. “In bringing the show to Madrid, we have really broadened the demographic of the show, bringing in more visitors from southern Europe than ever before.
Cherry continued: “This is now a much more diverse show than previously. With nutraceuticals manufacturers here, it’s no longer just a food show but embraces a broad range of healthy and natural ingredients. The show has featured more product categories and applications than ever before.”
