The show in 2012 will introduce four new elements: Nutritional solutions, Packaging and Processing Innovation, Formulation solutions (Flavour, taste, texture and shelf life), and Contract services. Together with Hi and Ni, these elements will form Nutrition and Wellness Solutions (NuW), a show offering all solutions for developing new nutritional applications.
