Nutrition & Wellness Solutions (NuW) is an international exhibition for everyone involved in the development of innovative, added value nutritional solutions in the food, beverage & wellness industry. NuW (pronounced nü ) offers nutritional and wellness solutions based on consumer needs, preferences and lifestyle orientation.
NuW offers applied inspirations: concrete solutions that can be applied in food products, beverage, dietary supplements and beauty & wellness applications. NuW covers the complete value chain: R&D - ingredients- formulation - product development – processing- manufacturing – marketing - packaging and all support services (legal, research, PR, etc).
NuW incorporates Health Ingredients Europe (HiE) and Natural Ingredients (Ni). In addition to HiE & Ni, four new elements will be added:
• Nutritional solutions: Food, beverage, health and beauty products seen from a nutritional perspective. Examples are solutions for sports nutrition, clinical food, infant food, free from foods, slimming foods and other nutritional applications
• Packaging and Processing Innovation: Those innovations in processing and packaging that will drive new product development. Smart packaging and processing solutions that add value to the product, contribute to cost reduction or help market the product
• Formulation solutions (Flavour, taste, texture and shelf life): Improvements and solutions in formulation that will effect the consumer experience via aromas, flavours, and texture; solutions that will contribute to an increase in shelf life, solutions in re-formulation that offer advantages to the producer or to the consumer
• Contract services: Services offered to the industry: contract manufacturing, R&D services, legal services, marketing & PR services and other support services
