Hi Europe operates a first come, first served stand selection policy and therefore prompt booking is recommended to obtain the best location for your business.
Cooling off period until 16th December 2010 - no cancellation fee
All contracts for the 2012 event feature a cooling off period until 16th December 2010 allowing you to confirm the best position with no cancellation fee on stand space if you inform us prior to this date*.
